Social responsibility

We are a company that is committed to developing people for the betterment of organizations and the missions they serve. We also recognize that we have a responsibility to the larger environment in which we all live and work. To meet that responsibility ORConsulting and its employees in the US and abroad contribute time and money to causes that we believe make for a better world. We are also active supporters of local community projects, the arts, and a variety of volunteer organizations.
Over the years more than 75 organizations around the world have received funding from ORFoundation, the charitable arm of ORConsulting. We donate to charitable organizations based on recommendations of company employees, most of whom have made personal commitments and financial contributions themselves.
